Special Issue on aluminium plasmonics

JPhysD has recently published a special issue in the rapidly growing field of aluminium plasmonics.

Guest Editors Davy Gérard and Stephen K Gray hope the two reviews and seven original research papers in this issue will give the reader an interesting overview of the history and latest developments in the field.

The issue covers fabrication techniques, optical and electronic properties, and applications in photocatalysis, fluorescence enhancement and nanofocusing of ultraviolet light.

The issue is free to read until 13 July 2015.
