This week our chosen image comes from a paper by A T Vai et al who use spray pyrolysis across a number of different temperatures to explore the divergent material performance of zinc oxide films.
Their results show the importance of grain boundaries when considering the electrical transport proproties and general stability of not only zinc oxide films, but other transparent conducting oxides.
