In this week’s image of the week we highlight the third-order conductances of graphene nanoribbons (GNR). In a recent paper by Yichao Wang and David R Andersen, the third-order THz conductances in ultrathin GNR using a time-dependent perturbation analysis is calculated. What is revealed is the novel behavior of these GNRs, which suggests a variety of applications over the THz region of the optical spectrum. You can read the full paper here.
