I am the Open Access Publisher at IOP Publishing, responsible for a growing programme of open access physics journals. I studied chemistry at Oxford University many years ago before moving into the world of scientific and technical publishing where I have worked ever since. In my spare time I enjoy cycling, skiing and tennis, although my main passion is fly fishing for salmon and trout.
